What we do with what you send
We use it only to carry out the review you asked for.
Confidentiality
We keep it confidential.
Processing
We act as your processor for any personal data in it, under UK GDPR Article 28. We process it only on your instructions, keep it secure, use no other processors except our hosting and email providers (and no AI services), and help you with any request from the people concerned.
Deletion
We delete it after 30 days unless you go ahead with paid work.

The review is not legal advice, not an audit, not certification, and gives no warranty.
